About DaisyRox

DaisyRox sells beautiful handmade, fair trade jewellery and accessories from around the world. Working with suppliers who share a commitment to fair trade; paying producers in developing countries a fair price for goods and services and ensuring safe working conditions. Together we empower developing communities all over the world to work their way out of poverty and put an end to the treacherous practice of sweatshop labour.

DaisyRox was started in 2009 by Stacey Daniells who had spent the last few years visiting developing countries such as Ghana, Indonesia, Bolivia, China and India, volunteering with a number of small charities and visiting independent artisan projects who uphold ethical, fair trade values.

DaisyRox is a non-profit company – we guarantee to pay a fair price to all artisans and suppliers, and all of DaisyRox profit is donated to artisans projects and charities who support and develop business skills in developing countries.

Stacey carefully sources all of DaisyRox’s jewellery and accessories through approved fair trade suppliers and directly from projects in developing countries. If you are interested in DaisyRox stocking your fair trade jewellery or accessories, email mail@daisyrox.co.uk  

 

Terms and conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By making an order or signing up to DaisyRox News you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Delivery
DaisyRox currently offers second class Signed For delivery to the UK only. Special delivery arrangements should be requested by email prior to placing an order.

We aim to deliver all (mainland UK) orders in three to four working days. However, sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within five days please contact us.

Returns
We believe you will be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you're not, please do not hesitate to return your item within seven days. Don't forget to include your contact details so that we can replace your items as quickly as possible. Unfortunately in the interests of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However because all of our products are handmade we cannot guarantee that your item will completely match the item you see on screen. Prices are subject to change without notice.

On our homepage, visitors can submit their name and email address to receive the DaisyRox newsletter. Each newsletter issue contains an unsubscribe option, and all unsubscribes are processed immediately. We also ask for telephone number, home address, and delivery address details when orders are placed online.

We will use any information provided to correspond with you in connection to the issue with which you originally contact us, and will only retain it for our records.
